About this site
This website (threeriverscomfort.com) is operated by Happy Life Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in New Brunswick, Canada. It gives general information about furnace and air conditioning work in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and passes requests to independent local businesses there. By using the site you accept these terms.
General information only
The information here is general. It is not professional, legal or safety advice for your situation. Prices are typical ranges from published sources and can change. Check anything important with the business you hire.
The businesses are independent
The businesses we pass requests to are independent. They are not our employees or agents. Each business sets its own prices, terms and timing, and is responsible for its quotes and its work. We cannot promise that a business will contact you, be available, or quote a particular price.
Your choice
You decide whether to hire anyone. Before you agree to work, ask for a written quote and check the business's registration, insurance and references where the job calls for them.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep the site accurate and working, but we are not responsible for the work a business does or for any agreement between you and a business. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of United States.
Where we are and which law applies
We operate from New Brunswick, Canada. The businesses we pass requests to work in Indiana, and the work they do for you is governed by the law where that work happens. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the consumer protection law of your own state.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Questions go through the contact page.
